Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 1 and point 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, Jacek Scholz translations as the controller within the meaning of the law for your personal data hereby declares that:

2. Your data will be processed only for the purpose of processing inquiries and providing translation and interpreting services and possibly additional services.

3. Your data will be stored for the duration of the agreed order processing and after its completion for the following purposes:
– billing related to the services provided,
– asserting possible claims related to the provision of services,
– fulfilling obligations based on legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting laws.

4. Your data will not be transferred or sold to third parties.

5. Your data will only be made available to authorized persons in connection with the performance of official duties. In accordance with applicable law, your data may be made available to the competent state authorities.

6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectification, erasure, processing restrictions, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of data processing.

7. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27.04.2016, you have the right to report the violation to the supervisory authority (address: Generalny Inspektorat Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

8. Your data will not be processed automatically.
